Subscription Plans
BI-MONTHLY
Once every other month for a period of one year, art work is replaced with a new
selection from the Subscription Series chosen.
QUARTERLY
Art work is updated from the chosen Subscription Series at least
once every three months for a minimum lease period of one year.
TRIMESTER
Art work is updated from the chosen Subscription Series at least
once every four months.
SEMI-ANNUAL
A minimum two-year lease period applies for the semi-annual plan. Similar to the
annual lease plans, the art-work is refreshed at least once every six months.
PURCHASE OPTION
Art work may be purchased during the lease or at the end of the lease period
for substantial discounts. Up to one-half of the total lease fees may be applied
for up to a 30% discount per item.
Catalogue
Tax Advantages
In general, leasing costs are a direct expense item during the year incurred.
They are not capitalized with associated depreciation strung-out over a period of
15-20 years as with direct purchase. As with all tax questions, consult your
